1. Agreement to Terms

By using My Application Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What This Service Does

My Application Tracker helps you organize your job search by tracking applications, interview stages, and notes. It's a tool - we don't guarantee you'll get a job.

3. Your Account

  • You need to be 13+ to use this service
  • You're responsible for your account security
  • Don't share your login with others
  • One account per person

    • 4. Your Data

  • You own the content you enter (company names, notes, etc.)
  • We may share aggregate statistics (e.g., "average applications before getting hired") - see Privacy Policy for details
  • You can delete your data anytime by requesting account deletion

    • 5. Acceptable Use

    Don't use this service to:

  • Store illegal content
  • Harass or harm others
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
  • Create fake or spam accounts

    • 6. ChatGPT Integration

  • Optional feature connecting to OpenAI
  • Subject to OpenAI's terms when enabled
  • You can disconnect anytime

    • 7. Service Availability

  • We provide the service "as is"
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features
  • We don't guarantee 100% uptime
  • We'll try to notify you of significant changes in advance.

    • 8. Limitation of Liability

    We're not liable for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party service issues (Google, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Data loss (though we try hard to prevent it)
  • Job outcomes or career decisions (though we try hard to improve it - that's the whole point)

    • 9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance.
