I've seen the job market from both sides - as a longtime individual contributor and now as a Head of Data and hiring manager. It's a classic organization problem: the process is stressful, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the details.

So I built the tool I wished existed. My name is Lauri, and I created `myapplicationtracker.app` to be the focused, reliable tool I'd want to use.

It’s built to act as your external memory for the entire process - from saving interesting roles you might apply to, to tracking your progress and never missing a follow-up.
